I am looking to build a fresh new social networking site..one that incorporates all the good things from the others and adds a special twist or two..I am looking for a creative forward thinking developer that can take an idea and run with it to create a new fresh site to be added onto an exisiting .aspx site I need someone that can develop on a small budget..even if it is phased approaches as long as the follow on phases can be intergrated seamlessly
